How to Keep Track of Your Calories
1) Get a food scale. Weigh what you eat — especially oils, nuts, rice, meat, and sauces.
2) Measure and log. Record every meal in a macro tracker app (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, etc.).
3) Build the habit. Track most foods for a few weeks. You’ll quickly develop an eye for macros and won’t need to weigh forever.
